Both bring a personal insight into the reality of living with schizophrenia in an effort to remove the stigma attached to a condition that few people know anything about.

Meet the two young Melbourne optometrists trained to make prosthetic eyes for those who have suffered eye loss due to disease or trauma. They’ve put their highly specialised skills to work in Kenya where they’ve been making artificial eyes for people who can’t afford them for the last three years.

Serving up salmon is an easy go to mid-week dinner but give it a spicy Mexican spin and Luke Hines has a mouth watering version guaranteed to become a family favourite.
