This week on the show Jo and Darc take the ice bath plunge all in the name of better health and wellbeing. Based on the cold therapy method developed by the extreme Dutch athlete the ‘Iceman’ Wim Hof they hit country Victoria with an Iceman protégé to experience the power of the cold.

From ice to high tech with a ground breaking new gadget that allows people with upper limb paralysis to send texts, emails and perform online tasks using only their thoughts – and it‘s developed right here at Melbourne University.

We spend so much time thinking about what we put on our own skin but this week we take a look at the most sensitive skin of all –  baby skin – and why it needs more love and attention than our own.

Makeup artist Jade Kisnorbo and radio presenter Polly Harding investigate the key to a flawless make up look… a long wearing and nourishing foundation.

Night terrors! They affect around 5 per cent of kids and are just as terrifying for parents to see their child in distress. Leading sleep specialist, UK’s Dr Guy Leschziner unravels the mystery behind bad dreams.

And to mark International Guide Dog Day, we’re joined by 6 month old Lance – a puppy in training as a guide for the visually impaired. If only Darce would give him back!
