The House of Wellness – Season 4, Episode 24

It’s Plastic Free July so this week on the show we meet Molly Steer, a 12 year old from Cairns who, with the Great Barrier Reef as her backyard, is on a mission to have single use plastics banned in Australia. It’s a big dream but Molly’s up for the challenge!

Prolapse isn’t a word we hear often. It’s a sensitive subject that’s often considered taboo. Sarah Davidson meets a couple of mothers who are willing to share their stories and a passionate physiotherapist who has helped them get their pelvic muscles back on track.

Gus Worland may be out of sight but he’s not out of mind. His extended fitness challenge has kept him on track as he continues on Hinsey’s specialised programme, but this week has nothing to do with heavy lifting. His test is to prepare a healthy meal for his trainer but how will his kitchen skills and food knowledge measure up?

We’ve learned lots of ways to do things during our time in lockdown. Tegan Martin has the lowdown on the best way to dye your eyebrows at home – no mess and easy to do guaranteed!  And resident pharmacist and master herbalist, Gerald Quigley answers your health questions.

Cast: Luke Darcy, Jo Stanley, and Luke Hines, with Gerald Quigley.
