Green Vegan Breakfast Bowl

Trying to increase your vegetable intake? Why not start with the first meal of the day. This nutritious and delicious brekkie bowl is full of powerhouse leafy greens.

Ingredients

  • 200g (8 cups) spinach leaves, washed
  • 100g (4 cups) rocket, washed
  • 2 large avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, and sliced
  • 4 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 2 large handfuls watercress
  • 2 handfuls alfalfa sprouts

Method

Step 1.
Divide all the ingredients between serving bowls.

Step 2.
Serve straightaway for best results.
