Strawberry Protein Pancakes

Kickstart your day with these naturally sweetened, protein-packed pancakes from Colette McShane and Claire Glenda and you’ll have energy to burn all day long.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 8 strawberries, mashed
  • 1 scoop protein powder, optional
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Coconut or olive oil spray

Method

Step 1.
Mix the ingredients, use a blender for super smooth pancakes.

Step 2.
Heat frypan and scoop in the mix to create pancakes (whichever size you feel like!).

Step 3.
Flip when the mixture starts to bubble. Serve with garnish.

Serves 2
