Method
Step 1. Preheat a large non-stick frypan.
Step 2.
Place first six ingredients into a bowl and mix until just combined.
Step 3.
Melt one teaspoon of the coconut oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Cook large spoonfuls of batter until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry. Flip and cook on the other side until golden.
Step 4.
Garnish with grated chocolate and berries.
