Pear Salad with Muesli and Dried Goji Berries

Add fibre and protein to your side salad with the addition of muesli – you’ll be surprised how good this crunchy addition is.

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe pears, cored and cut into wedges
  • 75g (1 cup) bran flakes, or wholemeal cornflakes
  • 85g (½ cup) nutty muesli
  • 4 tbs dried goji berries

Method

Step 1.
Divide the pear wedges between serving plates.

Step 2.
Scatter the bran flakes, muesli, and goji berries on top before serving.
Serves 4
