Luke Hines’ Mixed Berry Thickshake

A simple way to boost your intake of antioxidant-rich berries, this dairy-free thickshake makes for a colourful breakfast or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • Fresh strawberries, to serve

Method

Step 1.
Combine all smoothie ingredients in a powerful food processor and blitz until well combined.

Step 2.
Serve in a tall glass, garnish with sliced fresh strawberries and enjoy.

Serves 1
